Heavy-duty and built to last, the Ballinderry Garden Room doubles up as a workshop, store, home office, garden room or man cave - and it's completely customisable to suit your space.

- 5m × 4m room, complete with 1m decking out the front and 0.5m veranda at the top with high side walls at 1.8m
- Heavy Duty Anti Tear Felt
- Heavy wooden floor
- 4" × 1.5" wall, floor runners
- Complete with black french doors, 2x glazed units and 2x pvc black single opener windows (this can be customised to suit your needs)
- 6" × 1.5" roof runners
- 450mm (or smaller) spacings on the floor for heavy loads
- 19mm treated tongue-and-groove walls
- 12mm interior tongue-and-groove walls
Built to last:
All timber is pressure-treated PAR (Planed All Round), with a 10-year rot warranty and a 2-year manufacture warranty included.
