The 3m x 3m Outdoor Sandhouse Area is a handmade timber retreat for your school perfectly - and it's completely customisable. It can be made fully closed in on one side, or fitted with Perspex on one side. Or with loads of custom options

- Metal roof and ridge
- 4" × 1.5" wall and runners
- 12mm treated tongue-and-groove rear
- Heavy treated floor
- Complete with veranda and railings as standard (Please note this can be removed to have a large sandpit space) - custom sizes available!
Built to last:
All timber is pressure-treated PAR (Planed All Round), with a 10-year rot warranty and a 2-year manufacture warranty included.

This is modular and built in sections. We recommend placing it on a solid surface - our team leaves it level on completion and can carry out the groundworks / prep if needed.
